Photo Editing Request

PLEASE NOTE We do not accept low-quality photographs or videos (videos must at least 1080p), scanned photos, nudes, PDF files, or IDs/documents. Not following the Terms and Conditions by submitting inappropriate files will result in null orders, as we don’t grant refunds. Formats accepted are the following: PHOTO : .JPG, .PNG. .DNG (or other RAW format) and .TIFF. VIDEO : .MOV, .MP4, .M4P, .M4V, .OGG, .AVI and .AVCHD. All the photos/videos we edit are 100% confidential. We do not share them on social media, our website or any other platform, unless expressed consent is granted by the client. AFTER THE EDIT Delivery is via Dropbox or Google Drive to the email address(es) you supply. All images will meet a minimum resolution of 1500 pixels wide, usable for both internet and small print. Larger sized images can be purchased upon request. Videos will meet a minimum resolution of 1080p HD. Images are delivered within 48 hours of order received. Videos are delivered within 72 hours of order received. CANCELLATION POLICY Our schedule is determined by your photo/video edit session requests, and if the photo/video edit session request is cancelled or changed, it throws scheduling off and causes others to miss out on those time slots. If cancellation or re-scheduling is necessary, please do so with a minimum of 12 hours notice. Any photo/video edit session request cancelled within 12 hours of a booked session may be subject to a $50 Cancellation Fee. Every effort will be made to accommodate a re-scheduling. RIGHTS AND USAGE All images produced for an Individual or Company [Client] may be used by the Client for marketing materials and campaigns associated with the sale of the property and for the Client’s self promotion, for the duration of the contract with the seller. The photos may also be used by the Brokerage for the sole purpose of marketing the specific property photographed. Ownership of the images remains with us, and license is granted only to the Client and Client’s parent company, and not to any third party. Client may not sell or distribute images to another party if listing expires. We have the right to use these images for marketing and promotional materials, and to issue additional licenses to any third party for a fee. Any usage of the images by a third party, including but not limited to, architects, builders, stagers, designers, sellers or buyers, is strictly prohibited unless approved in writing and licensed by the photographer. All videos produced for an Individual or Company [Client] include a licence for Youtube, Facebook, Instagram Twitter, LinkedIn and MLS only, and may be used by the Client, only on the aforementioned social media platforms, for marketing materials and campaigns associated with the sale of the property and for the Client’s self promotion, for the duration of the contract with the seller. The videos may also be used by the Brokerage for the sole purpose of marketing the specific property videographed. Ownership of the videos remains with us, and license is granted only to the Client and Client’s parent company, and not to any third party. Client may not sell or distribute videos to another party if listing expires. We have the right to use these videos for marketing and promotional materials, and to issue additional licenses to any third party for a fee. BILLING AND PAYMENT We will supply an invoice upon delivery of images/videos with all fees detailed. Payment is accepted via electronic transfer and major credit cards. Payment is due within 30 days of receipt of invoice.
